Help end animal cruelty by registering to walk virtually in our 20th annual Dog Jog - A walk or jog to end animal cruelty.
Our annual Dog Jog helps raise crucial funding to support life-saving programs focused on education, protection, rehabilitation and ultimately, a new beginning for animals in need. This year, Dog Jog will be virtual once again to maintain the health and safety of all participants, volunteers and staff.
Join us on June 5th, 2021 for a virtual walk or jog against animal cruelty though your own community. By registering, you will receive exclusive virtual access to the online Dog Jog platform and go behind-the-scenes with our staff and animals, and have a chance at winning many great prizes!
You can participate in the virtual event on your desktop, laptop or mobile device. No matter how you choose to participate, your support will help the animals!
By participating in Dog Jog, your fundraising efforts help fund programs that are focused on:
- Cruelty prevention and public awareness
- Humane education in our local schools and community
- Animal rehabilitation (both medical and behavioural)
- Creating a brighter future for the vulnerable animals in our community
Register as an individual, team or family today and help create a brighter future for the animals.
As Calgary’s only open-admission shelter, Calgary Humane Society never turns an animal away, and this means one simple thing: we never say no. When they need us, we respond.
The funds you help us raise at Dog Jog ensure that our doors remain open to Calgary's most vulnerable animals, giving them the new beginning they deserve. Without your support, these animals would have nowhere to go.
